My notes
This is a small book with a very high usefulness-per-page ratio. The main point is painfully simple: people will lie to you if your questions invite them to be nice.
What changed for me was learning to ask about past behavior instead of future intentions. "Would you use this?" is weak. "How do you solve this today?" is where the truth starts showing up.
